The short version

The app does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.

What the app stores, and where

The app stores your baby's birth date, an optional nickname, your wake-window preference, and the wake and nap times you record. This information is saved only in the app's private storage on your device (and in your device backups, if you have iCloud or computer backups enabled for apps). It is never sent to us or to any third party. We have no servers and no accounts.

Notifications and Live Activities

If you turn on reminders, the app schedules a local notification on your device shortly before the suggested nap window. Live Activities are rendered on your device. Neither feature involves a network connection or remote push notifications.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, payment details, or Apple Account information. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Analytics and tracking

The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind, and does not use third-party SDKs.

Children

The app is intended for parents and caregivers. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Open Settings in the app and choose "Delete All Data", or delete the app from your device. Both remove everything the app stored.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
