Nurse Pay does not collect your data. There is no account, no server, and no tracking.
Nothing. Nurse Pay has no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting service, and no network requests of its own. We do not receive your pay rates, shifts, offers, employer, location, or any other information you enter.
Everything you enter is stored locally on your device: your pay rates, differentials, overtime rules, saved shifts, pay periods and job offers. It is not uploaded anywhere, and it is not readable by us.
Deleting the app removes this data from your device. Data may also be included in your own iPhone backups, which are controlled by you and by Apple, not by us.
Nurse Pay Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment, billing and renewal are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app asks Apple whether an active subscription exists, and Apple's answer is the only purchase information the app uses. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you email support, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email, and we use it only to answer you. Please do not send patient information.
Nurse Pay is a professional tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. Because we hold none, there is nothing for us to return or erase. The data on your device is already entirely under your control, and deleting the app deletes it.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above. If a future version of the app ever collects anything, that change will be described here before it takes effect.
