Built for the daily round

Everything the paper log does. None of the guessing.

For people who take daily readings at wells, treatment, tanks and meters: mobile home parks, RV parks, campgrounds and similar small systems.

Fast entry

Big number fields, a Next key, and drafts saved as you go. Today's rounds show as Due, Overdue or Completed.

Ranges you set

Give any numeric reading a min and max. A low residual or a slipped decimal is flagged before you submit, never blocked.

Corrections on the record

Fix a submitted round with an optional reason. The original value, the new one and the time are kept in its Edit History.

PDF and CSV reports

A clean PDF for the inspector or owner, a Detailed CSV and a Round Summary CSV. Share to Files, Mail, AirDrop or a printer.

Trends

Chart any numeric reading or meter usage over 30 days, 90 days, a year or all time, with your limits marked.

Reminders

Optional notifications at each round's due time, skipped when the round is already recorded.

Every site you run

Multiple sites, operators and sample locations, with your own rounds and custom readings in your own units.

Meter usage, worked out

Usage is calculated from the previous reading. Mark a meter reset or rollover and that interval is left out, not guessed.

Dark mode

Full dark mode for a dim well house or a night call-out, and text that scales with Dynamic Type.

Private by design

No account. No server. No tracking.

Your records live on your iPhone. They leave it only when you share a report or save a backup.

  • Works offline. Record a round with no signal in the pump house.
  • No analytics or ads. The app contains no third-party tracking code.
  • Your backups, your place. Save a backup file to Files or iCloud Drive and restore it on this iPhone or a new one.
  • Values keep their precision. 0.70 stays 0.70, and each record shows the time zone it was taken in.

Water System Logbook is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't judge whether a reading meets any regulation; the only ranges are the ones you set. Reports are not official forms.
